Registration
Welcome and thanks for your interest in EQRT. Here we will talk about how to sign up and onboard your guild.
Setting up or joining a guild
EverQuest Raid Tool uses Discord as a single sign-on provider. This means that your guild members will need to have a Discord account to use the platform.
If you don't have a Discord server for your guild, you will need to create one. You can create a server by going to Discord's website and creating an account with them.
The discord user who created the server MUST be the one to register the guild. You can grant admin permissions later once more users are registered.
Guild owners
As mentioned previously you will need to be the owner of the discord channel ( an admin role does not count ). When prompted - select the Create a new guild button.
You will then see a list of the Discord channels that you currently are an owner of. Select the guild that you want to register with EQRT and proceed.
Optionally add your first character and complete the registration process.
Guild members
Once your guild leader has set up the guild, members will be able to register.
You can add more characters later, or skip adding a character altogether during initial registration.
As a member of the guild, you will need to go to the EQRT website and click the Login with Discord button. You will be prompted to log in to Discord and authorize the EQRT application.
Then you will be able to select the guild that you want to join and optionally add your first character.
